Refund policy
At Campagna Motors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, please review our exchange and refund policy below.
1. Exchanges
You have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange for another product of equal or greater value.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

All accessories or documents included at the time of purchase must be returned with the product.
If the desired product is of greater value, the price difference must be paid. No refund will be issued if the exchanged item is of lesser value.
Return and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part (e.g., defective item or incorrect shipment).
2. Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a full refund.
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days, using the original payment method.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part. Any duties and customs fees incurred by Campagna Motors are non-refundable. Some items may face restocking fees up to 10% of the value of the item.
3. Exceptions
Custom-made items, limited editions, discount / final sales, or special orders are non-refundable, unless defective or not as ordered.
Any product that has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling is not eligible for exchange or refund.
All exchange and refund requests are subject to approval.
